How do I book?
Booking is easy. Simply complete the form on the right to get a list of vehicles available in your area. Then tell us your name, email and mobile phone number and we'll call you back to confirm your details. You only do this once. All future rentals can be booked online without ever talking to us.

How old do I have to be?
You need to have held a full UK driving license for a minimum of 12 months and be aged 23 to 75.

I don't have a UK driving license. Can i still drive?
Our insurers currently only accept drivers that hold a full UK driving license. Drivers with driving licenses that are not issued in the UK are not permitted to drive.

How often are the vehicles checked?
Each vehicle is checked by one of our mobile technicians after every 3 bookings or every 300 miles, whichever is sooner. Checks include tyres, fluid levels, bulbs and cleanliness.

Is insurance included?
Our prices include fully comprehensive insurance cover. The standard 'Excess' is £750 and can be reduced to £150 for a small daily charge.

I have points on my license - that ok?
Providing you don't have any more than 9 points or have ever been convicted of a motoring offense begining with codes DR,CD,DD,TT,BA or IN, you'll be fine.

Are there any additional mileage charges?
No, we don't charge mileage fees. If you have used a Car Club before, you'll know that can be expensive. Instead, you are charged for the exact fuel usage. See below for details!

How is fuel charged?
Our vehicles are equipped with a device that accurately measures the fuel usage of your vehicle. At the end of the rental period, we charge you for the fuel used and not a drop more! The charge per litre is taken from the national daily average fuel price obtained from www.petrolprices.com.

How do I unlock the vehicle?
Oh that's easy! When you first book, you will be sent a PIN number to your mobile phone. When you arrive, simply dial our automated phone service, enter your PIN and the vehicle will unlock.
