  • How do I book?

    Booking is easy. Simply complete the form on the right to get a list of vehicles available in your area. Then tell us your name, email and mobile phone number and we'll call you back to confirm your details. You only do this once. All future rentals can be booked online without ever talking to us.

  • How old do I have to be?

    You need to have held a full UK driving license for a minimum of 12 months and be aged 23 to 75.

  • I don't have a UK driving license. Can i still drive?

    Our insurers currently only accept drivers that hold a full UK driving license. Drivers with driving licenses that are not issued in the UK are not permitted to drive.

  • How often are the vehicles checked?

    Each vehicle is checked by one of our mobile technicians after every 3 bookings or every 300 miles, whichever is sooner. Checks include tyres, fluid levels, bulbs and cleanliness.

  • Is insurance included?

    Insurance is included Subject to our Terms and Conditions.

  • I have points on my license - that ok?

    Providing you don't have any more than 9 points or have ever been convicted of a motoring offense begining with codes DR,CD,DD,TT,BA or IN, you'll be fine.

  • Are there any additional mileage charges?

    No, we don't charge mileage fees. If you have used a Car Club before, you'll know that can be expensive.

  • How do I unlock the vehicle?

    Oh that's easy! When you first book, you will be sent a PIN number to your mobile phone. When you arrive, simply dial our automated phone service, enter your PIN and the vehicle will unlock.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you give more than 24 hours notice to cancel a booking, we will give a full refund. If less than 24 hours notice is given, we will refund 50% of the booking.
